Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your Essential Fits purchase, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

Refunds are available on items returned within 30 days of delivery that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@essentialfits.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@essentialfits.shop and we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.
