Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging

To initiate a return, email us at support@essentialfits.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’ll exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@essentialfits.shop to get started.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
